I’m sure this has happened to some of you, since I know it has happened to me! When your parents tell you they have a surprise for you, when it’s Christmas Eve or the day before your birthday…you can’t help but let your imagination go wild! But then, unfortunately, whatever you were looking forward to can’t possibly live up to what you were imagining!

With my wife at holidays I'm usually like "hey-I-got-you-a-surprise-it's-a-purse-you-can-have-it-now-if-you-want-it-three-weeks-early" Chad L 4/20/12 reply Oh my gosh...my dad does that to me sometimes! If you'll look, sometimes they have different colors or patterns, or are tied differently like these bows. Emma 4/22/12 reply   only when i was a little kid was i ever surprised by my folks. i don't know if I can predict the future or i'm just jaded, but i am rarely surprised by my folks anymore. for that matter, a number of other things too. chapel and everyone else in here DOES surprise me still. Tank Girl? Blarrrghhh. Chad L 4/20/12 reply Tank Girl wasn't great to start with. The Iron Man movies were however mind blowing great. so was the latest Batman movies. I should point out that Batman and Iron Man was both based on an more open field story wise than Tank Girl.
