This is a redrawn version of a strip I drew a long time ago, inspired by true events. I don’t exactly have much dishwashing experience, so stuff like this tends to happen.

dish soap is evil, all bubbly and frothy. Gets you all wet and soapy.

I knowww. I hate doing the dishes 'cause your hands get old food all over them and your arms get covered in soap. UGH.

there are rubber gloves for washing dishes. see if you can get a set of them. they do wonders to keep your hands from that mess. either that, or just put in the dish washer and it do the work. ;-)

We do have a dishwasher, and I still can't stand touching the dishes! My mom has recommended gloves in the past but I haven't tried them yet.

my mom always insists you rinse the dishes before you put them in the dishwasher..........no sense, as usual.....

Ultraconcentrated dish soap. Huh? It doesnt say how much to use . . SQUIRT. FSHH FSHH. I better put in some more, just in case. SQUIRRRRRRRT. FSHH FSHH Methinks this wasnt the greatest idea. FSHH FSHH
